Back to work
Portfolio Goals
Current Direction
- Lead the homepage timeline with active/completed projects.
- Keep unfinished hover-placeholder cards available, but quieter.
- Use a light default filter set instead of a heavy all-work taxonomy.
- Use standalone case-study pages when a project needs process, purpose, and evidence beyond a timeline card.
- Revisit ordering when backlog projects have complete pages or live demos.
Active Projects
- Ziggy's Mobile Rotor Turning Service
- Employee Payroll Calendar System
- Knurled Grip Cylinder
- BloorStreetDartLeague.Com
- DubStubs.com
Backlog / Upcoming
- Unclaimed Remains Brochure
- Google Reviews
- Motion Studies
- Material Experiments
- Image Tagger Application
- SuborDie
Ziggy's Page Notes
ZiggysRotorLogo.html is standalone.
- The visual evidence carousel is CSS-only.
- Carousel cards should remain equal height.
- Carousel captions should not expand the visible card layout.
Calendar Page Notes
EmployeePayrollCalendar.html is the portfolio case-study page.
employee-payroll-calendar.html is the copied live artifact used as embedded evidence.
- The case-study page should place the mobile preview beside the main heading card and the desktop preview in its own evidence section.
- On mobile, the calendar artifact should compact controls and code panels upward, then show the current month first.
- Calendar evidence light/dark controls should use the calendar artifact's own style system, separate from the portfolio site's day/night mode.
- Homepage timeline links should route to the case-study page, not directly to the raw calendar artifact.
Knurled Page Notes
knurled-grip-cylinder.html is a standalone interactive Three.js project page.
- It depends on
knurled-grip-cylinder.css, knurled-grip-cylinder.js, and assets/vendor/.
- Homepage timeline links should route directly to the playground page.
- Header and footer navigation should stay aligned with the other standalone project pages.
